{"id":3518,"date":"2026-02-26T11:37:02","date_gmt":"2026-02-26T11:37:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elo-kent.com\/?page_id=3518"},"modified":"2026-02-26T13:24:33","modified_gmt":"2026-02-26T13:24:33","slug":"distance-sales-agreement","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/elo-kent.com\/en\/distance-sales-agreement\/","title":{"rendered":"Distance Sales Agreement"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ARTICLE 1 \u2013 PARTIES<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SELLER:<\/strong> elo-kent.com (hereinafter referred to as the <strong>&#8220;Institution&#8221;<\/strong>.) <strong>BUYER:<\/strong> The user who registers on the website and purchases services (hereinafter referred to as the <strong>&#8220;Participant&#8221;<\/strong>.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ARTICLE 2 \u2013 SUBJECT<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the <strong>&#8220;Distance Education&#8221;<\/strong> service ordered by the Participant through the Institution&#8217;s website, in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ARTICLE 3 \u2013 DELIVERY OF THE SERVICE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>3.1.<\/strong> Live lesson information and digital educational content are assigned to the Participant&#8217;s e-mail address or membership panel within <strong>at most 24 hours<\/strong> following the payment confirmation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>3.2.<\/strong> The Participant may not share the username and password assigned to them with third parties. Accounts found to be shared will be <strong>terminated without any refund<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ARTICLE 4 \u2013 GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.2.<\/strong> The Participant acknowledges and undertakes that the copyright of the educational content belongs to <strong>Elo-Kent<\/strong> and that they will not copy or distribute the content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.1.<\/strong> If the Institution cannot provide the service due to force majeure or technical malfunctions, it is obliged to notify the Participant and provide a make-up session for the missed lesson or issue a refund.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ARTICLE 1 \u2013 PARTIES SELLER: elo-kent.com (hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;Institution&#8221;.)
